o Diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and installation of residential and commercial air conditioning, heat pump, oil & gas heating systems.
o Troubleshooting and repair of commercial refrigeration systems.
o Upholding our excellent reputation through outstanding customer service, honesty, and integrity.
o Comprehensive planning and execution of preventative maintenance for HVAC systems.
o Effective handling of system shutdowns for maintenance and repair of pumps including chill water, heating water, and condensation pumps.
o Adherence to city, state, and federal regulations.
o Comprehensive maintenance of requisite records per city, state, and EPA guidelines.
o Communication of diagnostic results to customers, and provision of recommendations that serve their best interests.
Requirements for the Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technician Role:
o Minimum of 4 years' experience in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration.
o Mandatory EPA certificate.
o Journeyman License preferred.
o NATE certification is a plus!o Secret security clearance is advantageous.
o Comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration, ice machines, gas, and electrical furnaces.
o Expertise in single systems, display cases, and walk-in freezers.
o Strong mechanical acumen.
o Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships with customers and management.
